The Randstad Digital (RD) Client Partner, Permanent Placement will be responsible for leading a high-performing perm/sales team that supports a volume of accounts to deliver permanent placement talent services. This role is accountable for all activities spanning the perm cycle, including pipeline development, lead qualification, client meetings, proposal development, negotiations, and closing.Additionally, this position oversees the development and execution of permanent placement practices across designated regional locations with a specific focus on direct hire associates, clients, and candidates. Ensure that Randstad Digital is positioned as a preferred partner for direct hire solutions through consultative selling and market expertise. Act as a thought leader in talent acquisition, representing Randstad Digital at industry conferences and networking events. Lead the entire permanent placement sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline management to contract negotiations and deal closure to deliver personal and team targets. Develop customized workforce solutions that address client challenges and position Randstad Digital as a strategic partner. Engage in high-level negotiations and contract discussions to maximize value and ensure alignment with client objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and case studies to drive business development. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, outbound outreach, and strategic partnerships. Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and optimize lead conversion. Drive market expansion and optimize Randstad Digital’s go-to-market approach for permanent placement solutions. Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for business growth. Leverage Randstad Digital’s platform capabilities to enhance the value proposition for clients. Align recruitment and sales strategies with market demands to maximize success. Ensure operational efficiency by refining processes, improving service delivery, and enhancing recruitment methodologies. What you need to bring: 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration or similar degree Post Graduate Degree 8+ years of related perm/sales exp (industry/service) Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives Experience managing a regional portfolio including reporting and metric assessment for the account Minimum 6 years of experience in a perm facing role in a consulting firm or an account/engagement management role in the IT professional services offshore/outsourcing industry. Strong understanding of direct hire recruitment processes, market dynamics, and evolving client expectations.
