The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring we meet the highest standards for product and part quality and compliance with technical specifications by conducting inspections, tests, and audits identifying non-conformities to quality standards.  Quality Documentation and Standards: Record and document inspection results accurately and thoroughly. Prepare detailed reports highlighting non-conformities, deviations, and areas of improvement. Maintain process documentation logs and paperwork for non-conforming and returned parts/materials. Ensure all supplier certifications, in-house testing records, and related quality documentation is accurately maintained and current. Quality Control: Perform stock sweeps to ensure stock parts meet quality standards. Quarantine discrepant parts as required. Work with cross-functional teams to drive timely dispositions, including deviations. Collaborate with suppliers and manage materials returned to suppliers for repair, alteration, or replacement.
