Required Qualifications: Education & Experience: An Associate's Degree in a science-related field with 2+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment, OR a High School Diploma with 3–5 years of work experience in a manufacturing and/or quality environment. A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered. Technical Knowledge: Practical working knowledge of computer systems, in-depth knowledge of manufacturing equipment, and hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, including troubleshooting, scale-up, and optimization efforts. Regulatory Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to work according to cGMP guidelines and knowledge of product portfolio and manufacturing processes. Compliance & Quality: Ensure product integrity and quality by strictly adhering to SOPs and applying knowledge of cGMP Regulations (parts 210 and 211). Problem Solving & Improvement: Independently resolve routine manufacturing problems and utilize problem-solving techniques. You’ll be encouraged to recommend process/quality improvements and offer innovative solutions. Logistics & Inventory: Accurately execute inventory transactions, troubleshoot discrepancies, perform cycle counts, and ensure all materials are available as scheduled. Documentation & Training: Contribute to the writing of SOPs and the preparation/completion of deviation reports. Safety Champion: Actively promote safety, demonstrate good safety practices, use appropriate personal protective equipment, and report/correct safety hazards. You will also apply theoretical knowledge of radiation protection to routine workplace situations.
