The role oversees Operations Supervisors across multiple shifts, ensuring productivity, quality, client and associate satisfaction. The operations manager plays a critical role in translating strategic vision into day-to-day execution, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture that puts clients and associates at the forefront. The ideal candidate: 3–5 years of leadership experience in print manufacturing or fulfillment Bachelor’s degree ( In lieu of experience) Analytical skills for managing capacity data and departmental budgets. The position offers a base salary of $70,000–$75,000 ( salary may be negotiable based on experience) plus Weekend Shift Differentila/ OT pay.
