Accountable for operating bakery-pastry machinery and its associated down-stream equipment. The Bakery Machine Operator will monitor and control the continuous flow of product thru the production process, from mixing ingredients to oven baking to product packaging. The Machine Operator will adjust control panel settings as needed.
