Client offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, location: Houston, Texas job type: Permanent salary: $110,000 - 140,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: As an HR Systems Consultant, your responsibilities will include: Workday Prism Development & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain Workday Prism Analytics solutions for advanced reporting and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational needs. Leverage Workday Prism to integrate data from various system databases for comprehensive reporting. Integration Management: Design, test, implement, and maintain all HCM-related integrations using various solutions like APIs, Cloud Connect, Core Connect, EIB, and Workday Studio. Monitor and resolve reporting and integration errors in a timely manner. Data Analysis & Optimization: Identify areas for integration and reporting optimization and process improvement. Analyze and construct logic for data transformations for both reporting and integration needs. Stakeholder Collaboration & Support: Facilitate discovery meetings to capture business requirements for integrations. Provide technical support, guidance, and training to reporting and integration end-users. Communicate status updates and engage with stakeholders and third-party vendors. Documentation & Compliance: Create, document, and maintain integration and reporting processes, customizations, mappings, and workflows. Ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy standards and cybersecurity requirements. Problem-Solving & Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance end-user experience and efficiencies related to existing HR business processes. #LI-AR2 qualifications: Requirements (Must-Haves): Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting multiple HRIS applications, including significant experience with Workday. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics. Minimum of 3 years of experience creating analytic dashboards and reporting for HR, Benefits, and Payroll-related data. Minimum of 2 years of integration and implementation experience with developing, testing, and deploying end-to-end integrations. Strong functional knowledge of various Workday business processes such as Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, Onboarding, Payroll, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Talent, or Help and Journey. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and maintain existing third-party HCM integrations and reporting needs. Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics product, including in-depth knowledge of Composite, Matrix and Trending reporting, Calculated fields, Dashboards and Discovery Boards, and Security concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and providing alternative solutions. Preferences (Nice-to-Haves): One or more Workday HCM certifications, preferably Workday Integration or Prism Certification, or Workday Pro. Familiarity with various Workday HCM modules, including Extend and Security. Strong comprehension of cloud-based system integration solutions with an in-depth understanding of APIs, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.
