Schedule conferences, meetings, and appointments; coordinate national and international travel; maintain EP Faculty's clinical commitments schedule.Maintain Section Chief’s calendar; alert of unresolved issues or appointment conflicts before meetings.Assist physicians with administrative tasks; act as liaison to referring physicians, research personnel, vendors, and clinical staff.Manage physician and patient educational materials; assemble data for new clinical initiatives; organize faculty meetings and patient appointments; monitor clinical reports and physician adherence; handle incoming calls and visitors; ensure certification and licensure enrollment.
