Legal Administrator – Estates and TrustsLocation: Downtown Tampa, FL (In-Office) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9AM–6PM About the RoleA well-established international probate research firm is seeking a Legal Client Services Manager to oversee and support high-volume probate, guardianship, and trust cases. This role bridges client care and legal case administration—ideal for a detail-oriented professional with great communication skills and experience in estate law.You’ll serve as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and internal teams, ensuring cases progress smoothly and all stakeholders remain informed.
