Draft, refine, and meticulously proofread legal documents and correspondence to ensure impeccable accuracy and adherence to firm standards. Maintain and update complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Process financial requests such as reimbursements, expense reports, and check requests. Accurately input, review, modify, and finalize attorney time entries using the firm's electronic timekeeping system, ensuring compliance with established guidelines. Manage the monthly client billing cycle, which includes reviewing pre-bills for precision and completeness, addressing client and matter inquiries, and performing narrative adjustments. Initiate new client matters, conduct thorough conflict-of-interest checks, and meticulously set up and maintain attorney work files, including daily filing and preparing documents for off-site archiving. Uphold the utmost level of discretion and confidentiality concerning all firm and client information, records, and files, both within and outside the office environment.
