Perform a variety of receptionist duties, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, technical troubleshooting, and building/IT ticketing. Manage incoming/outgoing USPS and accountable mail, printing/copying projects, and scheduling work with off-site vendors. Schedule courier trips and manage supply inventory. Act as a liaison for the Facilities team. Perform light duties such as furniture moves and other assigned tasks. Maintain accurate records of duties performed and report monthly. Qualifications: 2 years+ of experience in the legal industry as a site supervisor. Proven experience in a professional, face-to-face customer service environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional computer literacy with the ability to navigate various programs and firm specific software platforms (90% of the workday will be computer-based).
