Randstad is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Worksolutions Specialist to join our Space Management team. This is a 100% on-site role responsible for managing office space projects, service requests, and workspace modifications for on-site employees and staff. The ideal candidate will possess CAD design skills, excellent communication abilities, and solid experience in space and facilities planning. As a key member of the Space Management team, you will oversee the CAD layout of office spaces, manage headcount and people moves (including inter-campus relocations), and coordinate with internal teams such as Facilities, IT, Electrical, and Network.
