Provide administrative support to office staff as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with basic HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee files, processing new hire paperwork, and supporting benefits enrollment queries. Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing workstations, coordinating IT setup, and orienting them to office procedures. Accounting & Financial Support: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor invoices, expense reports, and donor receipts. Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger entries. Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Manage petty cash and employee reimbursements. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and accounting principles.
