Ship and receive products and supplies, sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail. Distribute office supplies and packages to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points. Perform conference room and event set-ups, which includes moving chairs, tables, and additional miscellaneous furniture. Assist with office moves, including the relocation of furniture and other items within the office. Assist the on-site Facilities Coordinator with various requests, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. Qualifications: 1+ years working as an office assistant in a large corporation. Proven customer service background with a robust commitment to user satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to work with a sense of urgency. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting as required by customer requests up to 50 lbs (assistance will be provided for heavier objects/projects).
