Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software, Agvance. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice entry, matching, and basic tracking. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Support monthly account reconciliations and escalate discrepancies for review. Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries. Respond to routine internal inquiries and support company staff members as needed. Follow established accounting procedures, internal controls, and company policies. Continuously enhance job knowledge through regular updates. Participate in training programs and follow standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and protect company assets.
