Strategic Client Communication: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for an assigned account base, responding to high-volume inquiries with a sense of urgency and professional precision. Carrier & Vendor Relations: Daily negotiation and coordination with carriers to ensure capacity and maintain high service-level standards. Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain real-time accuracy within the Transportation Management System (TMS), ensuring all milestones, cost structures, and compliance documents are up to date.
