Apply now. #LI-DC2 location: Saint Petersburg, Florida job type: Permanent salary: $60,000 - 70,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Promote all site initiatives including plant safety programs, lean initiatives, training programs, etc., and consistently interpret and apply all HR policies, practices and procedures among our plant personnel.Be able to meet safety, quality and production requirements and seek ways to improve these processes.Participate in the resolution of employee complaints and personnel or performance issues and/or coach employees to encourage teamwork. Routinely evaluate and review employee performance.
