This is a beginner-level position, great for someone interested in research, building relationships, and helping with outreach efforts. In this role, you will help us connect with important leaders and organizations, learn about new ideas, and support our efforts to work with others effectively. What You Will Do:Research and Information Gathering Find and keep track of influential leaders and new entrepreneurs who are working on innovation and responsible business practices. Map out networks of community leaders and organizations in the areas where we work. Prepare summaries and reports to help guide our outreach. Scheduling Meetings and Building Relationships Arrange meetings (in person or online) with key leaders and entrepreneurs, working with our team to set up schedules. Keep track of interactions and follow up to maintain good relationships. Finding Events and Conferences Identify events, conferences, and gatherings that match our goals. Help plan attendance and manage related logistics and budgets. Communication and Outreach Assist in sending updates and newsletters to keep contacts engaged. Help organize our contacts and customize messages for different groups. Measuring Results Look at how our relationships and outreach are doing. Prepare simple reports to show what’s working well and what could be improved. Who You Are: A graduate or someone starting their career, with 0–2 years of experience. Very organized, with good skills in research and writing. Able to understand data and measure how effective our efforts are. Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office and tracking systems. Curious, resourceful, and focused on getting results. Professional, discreet, and good at managing schedules and relationships.
