Discovery & Evidence: Organize incoming discovery, maintain physical/digital files, and review video evidence (bodycam, dashcam, surveillance). DUI & DMV Operations: Handle specialized DMV-specific requests, schedule administrative hearings, and manage agency correspondence. Client Management: Conduct initial intakes for potential clients, field incoming calls with empathy, and keep existing clients consistently updated on case progress. Scheduling & Logistics: Manage complex calendars for three attorneys, including court dates, depositions, and client appointments. Financial Administration: Handle light accounts receivable duties, process retainers, and follow up on outstanding client balances. General Administrative Support: Monitor the firm’s main email inbox, coordinate file logistics, and adapt to fluid operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
