Reporting directly to Chief Legal Officer Level 1 Truama Hospital, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters.of the Officer. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; and oversees special projects. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. You must understand the urgency of legal and clinical matters to ensure the most critical tasks always take precedence. Executive Gatekeeping: Act as the primary filter for internal and external inquiries. You will protect the CLO’s time while ensuring that key stakeholders feel heard and supported. Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Officer, with Board members, donors, Foundation staff, and others, on matters related to Officer's programmatic initiatives. C-Suite Relationship Building: Proactively develop and maintain strong working relationships with other Executive Assistants across the C-Suite. Success in this role relies on your ability to collaborate across departments to align schedules and goals. Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Officer, including those sensitive or confidential. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response. Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the organization's success, and manages a variety of special projects for the Officer's, some of which may have organizational impact. C-Suite Relationship Building: Proactively develop and maintain strong working relationships with other Executive Assistants across the C-Suite.
