Vitals & Intake: Accurately measure and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, height, and weight) and document the patient's chief complaint. Clinical Triage: Perform initial patient triage, gathering relevant medical history, reviewing medications, and prioritizing patient needs for the provider. Provider Support: Assist physicians and nursing staff during exams, procedures, and routine screenings as needed. Administrative & Front Desk Duties Patient Flow Management: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all demographic and insurance information is accurate and up to date. Communication Hub: Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, routing calls, taking accurate messages, and addressing patient inquiries with a professional demeanor. Medical Records Management: Maintain, update, and organize Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) in strict compliance with HIPAA guidelines. General Administration: Handle daily administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing patient recalls, processing copayments, and scanning/filing medical documentation.
