We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Analyst – DSCSA Product Flow to join our team and support critical compliance and operational initiatives under the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA). This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth and compliant product flow of prescription pharmaceuticals across our pharmacy and distribution network. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for managing serialization and traceability exceptions, resolving DSCSA data errors, and maintaining compliance documentation. Monitor and manage serialization exceptions using TraceLink SCWM platform, ensuring timely investigation and resolution; Troubleshoot client Health’s traceability and verification issues, escalating to trading partners. 2. Support the implementation of SOPs and compliance workflows for exception handling and traceability; Maintain and update knowledge management records, ensuring compliance documentation aligns with client Health’s policies and regulatory standards 3. Act as a liaison between Client Health’s internal teams and external trading partners (manufacturers, wholesalers), addressing quarantine inventory issues and exception resolutions 4. Assist in training client Health teams (Retail pharmacies and distribution centers, PBM Mail, PBM Specialty, etc.) on serialization compliance, exception management, and best practices 5. Support the development of systems and processes needed for on-going exceptions management.
