Drive extensive cost-reduction initiatives, forecasting labor needs and consolidating resources across multiple customer accounts to maximize profitability. Direct warehouse strategies to ensure inventory integrity, optimized space utilization, and the leverage of WMS/ERP systems for real-time tracking.
