This role involves supervising daily operations in a servicing environment, ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering a safety culture, facilitating employee training, and driving continuous improvement efforts to meet goals and deadlines effectively. location: Largo, Florida job type: Contract salary: $27.89 - 32.89 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: High School responsibilities: Implement and supervise daily activities and personnel in a servicing environment.Ensure goals and project deadlines are met while maintaining compliance with GMPs and EHS guidelines.Foster a safety-first culture, striving for zero harm in the workplace.Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient material flow.Facilitate and verify appropriate training for employees, covering GMP, job skills, and safety.Identify, prioritize, and provide resources to meet servicing expectations.
