This critical contract role serves as the operational backbone for a high-stakes corporate restructuring program, supporting the path toward a major 2026 Board submission. You will bridge the gap between technical workstreams and executive leadership, ensuring that all program deliverables, document repositories, and executive materials are managed with flawless version control and quality assurance. Deliverable & Action Tracking: Build and maintain comprehensive trackers to monitor program milestones and action items, proactively identifying risks to deadlines and following up with workstream leads. Executive Material Production: Coordinate, format, and quality-control high-visibility materials for Steering Committees and Board reviews, ensuring 100% accuracy and consistency across all presentations and reports. PMO Meeting Operations: Manage the full lifecycle of program cadences, including agenda setting, scheduling complex multi-stakeholder sessions, and the rapid distribution of high-quality minutes and action items. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary scheduling liaison between internal contributors, external consulting partners, and senior leadership to optimize participation and resolve conflicts. qualifications: Experience: 7-10 years of experience in PMO operations, document control, or program support, specifically within large-scale transformations or restructuring initiatives. Executive Exposure: Proven track record of managing and producing materials for C-suite, General Counsel, or Board-level review in a high-pressure environment. Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational instincts with a "zero-error" approach to formatting, data consistency, and quality assurance. Communication: Elite written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface professionally with senior executives and public-sector stakeholders. Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in standard productivity suites and familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent. Adaptability: Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift frequently.
