Verify conformance of finished product to specifications. Maintain and manage the statistical process controls (SPC) database per QMM guidelines. May be required to set up and operate machine on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data for capability studies. Works with designers, production personnel, programmers and others to resolve machining problems. Participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities within the area.
