This leadership role will report to the Fabrication CNC Manager and is responsible for guiding, training, and motivating CNC personnel to achieve production goals while ensuring strict compliance with ISO 9001 standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate is a communicator who can balance technical expertise with leadership, ensuring workflow efficiency, high-quality output, and safe practices across the department. This candidate will be actively involved on the shop floor—supporting setups, reviewing blueprints, estimating labor hours, and partnering with programmers to resolve CNC programming issues. In addition to driving productivity, this role will mentor and counsel team members, enforce procedures, and ensure staff receive proper training in safety, quality, and technical best practices. Candidates should bring proven supervisory experience,problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
