Previous Experience in HR Compliance and Full-Cycle Recruiting: Solid, demonstrable background in navigating labor laws and managing all aspects of the recruitment process from start to finish. salary: $23 - $24 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensuring compliance with all State and Federal regulatory agencies and employment laws. Investigating concerns related to working conditions, disciplinary actions, and appeals from associates and applicants. Developing and recommending goals and objectives for all aspects of employee relations. Recruiting & Staffing: Collaborating with OpCo leaders to develop and maintain workforce staffing plans. Managing full-cycle recruiting efforts to ensure the hiring of competent, diverse, and skilled associates, while working to minimize turnover. Performance Management: Overseeing the performance management process, assisting OpCo leadership with associate reviews, coaching, training, and consultation as needed. Compensation & Policy: Designing and/or overseeing compensation policies, procedures, and programs. Guiding the strategy and administration of compensation planning and communicating these programs to associates. Advisory Role: Advising department leaders and staff on resolving HR-related issues by offering guidance and recommendations on HR practices and issue resolution.
