job summary: An Assistant Construction Project Manager is needed for a leading general contractor. The APM will a pivotal role in driving project execution by leading onsite trade management and overseeing material logistics from design through final installation. Working closely with the Project Manager, this role is responsible for controlling project costs, resolving field issues like RFIs and change orders, and validating contractor payment applications. Additionally, the APM provides vital project leadership by mentoring junior associates and upholding a company culture of organizational integrity. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related engineering field, alongside up to three years of commercial construction experience. Effective communication, time management, and computer proficiency are essential to thrive in this collaborative management environment. Candidates must also be willing to relocate, with prior exposure to BIM workflows highly preferred.
