job summary: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to lead our enterprise-wide strategy for lifecycle planning and replacement of clinical barcode scanning devices. In this role, you will own the overarching program strategy, governance, and rollout across inpatient and outpatient care environments where device reliability directly impacts patient care and operational efficiency. Rather than simply managing a discrete project, you will act as a strategic program leader driving long-term technology roadmaps, stakeholder alignment, and enterprise deployment. location: Pasadena, California job type: Contract salary: $60 - 75 per hour work hours: 9am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end enterprise program strategy, execution, and lifecycle management for clinical barcode scanning hardware and integration. Clinical Operations Focus: Partner closely with clinical and IT teams across inpatient and outpatient environments to ensure solution reliability, minimizing disruptions to patient care. Scalable Deployment: Lead the initial multi-site regional rollout with a clear framework for expanding the program across additional regional markets and medical centers. Governance & Lifecycle Planning: Establish hardware refresh cadences, maintenance standards, vendor management strategies, and risk mitigation protocols.
