Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and build strong vendor relationships. Create and process purchase orders; ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to prevent shortages. Analyze purchasing reports and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies. Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Accounting, Production, etc.) to coordinate purchasing needs. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor contracts. Assist in cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects related to purchasing and supply chain. Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience preferred. strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; ERP system experience is a plus. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus but not required. Familiarity with construction, manufacturing, or distribution industries is a bonus.
