The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce platform. Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Program Management, and IT teams, the administrator will identify, develop and deploy new business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator, part Salesforce analyst and fully dedicated to our core values. Collaboration is a critical part of the Elavon culture. The individual will report to the VP of Digital Sales & Onboarding and engage with partners across the organization to drive innovation and growth. location: Atlanta, Georgia job type: Contract salary: $65.13 - 70.13 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Salesforce Administrator responsibilities for Digital Sales and Onboarding Products - Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 2,000+ users - Previous experience with the Salesforce CPQ module, including configuring product catalogs and selling rules for complex business scenarios - Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks - Gather detailed requirements for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate - Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, approval processes, and validation rules - Manage less complex Salesforce integrations - those not handled by a Salesforce Developer or Consultant/Partner - Identify, install and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange for sales, product/pricing, marketing, e-signature, and more - Train new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization Preferred Skills/Experience - Payments, Financial Services and/or Digital Products industry experience - Salesforce Certified Administrator - Experience with DocuSign, Pardot, or CPQ - strong business analyst and project management skills - Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills - Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization - Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 5 years of experienceEducation: Bachelors skills: Salesforce Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
