Active participant of Safety committee and Emergency response teams. Evaluates, modifies, develops and implements program procedures, instructions and forms. Monitors customer complaints, field install issues, product returns, and warranty data. Maintain statistical data, analyze quality and safety trends, and initiate a team based 8D problem solving and root cause analysis sessions, using various problem-solving methodologies. Results driven, with ability to make timely and effective decisions through planning, evaluating and implementation of business goals & objectives, management systems, policies and programs stressing accountability and continuous improvement. Manages quality non-conformance and corrective action reporting for continuous improvement efforts. Manage health & safety observations, near-miss incidents and injury investigation and 8D reporting. Leads quality and safety continuous improvement projects. Maintain reject material logs, material disposition and lead the material review board meetings. Generate engineering change request (ECR) as required for continuous improvement. Proficient in the use of mechanical inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, indicators, go/no-go gages and other electronic inspection equipment.
