The Benefits Analyst will play a key role in supporting the administration of employee benefits programs with a focus on the integration and maintenance of our benefits enrollment system and payroll processes. This position ensures data accuracy, system optimization, and a seamless experience for employees from enrollment to payroll deductions. The ideal candidate brings advanced technical acumen, analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to working across HR, payroll, IT, and vendor teams.  This position is 90% Remote and 10% in office.  MUST be located in the Houston, TX area.   Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, HRIS, or payroll systems. Advanced knowledge of benefits processes, open enrollment, and payroll deduction workflows. Partner with HRIS and IT teams to ensure successful data integration between benefits systems and payroll platforms. Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure benefit elections and payroll deductions are accurate and aligned. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve data integrity issues. Benefits Administration Serve as a subject matter expert on benefit plans and enrollment workflows. Assist with annual enrollment system setup, testing, and validation processes. Troubleshoot and resolve employee issues related to benefits enrollment and payroll deductions. Reporting & Compliance Generate regular and ad hoc reports on benefits participation, enrollment trends, and payroll deductions.
