Working on-site at our Neptune City facility, you will support a premier, globally recognized leader in the consumer goods and manufacturing space. Candidate Profile & Qualifications Experience: 5–10 years of progressive HR and recruiting experience. Please note: This is not a junior-level position. Industry Background: Proven experience within the Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Distribution sectors is highly preferred. Industry Exclusions: Candidates with primary backgrounds in Pharmaceuticals or Banking will not be considered for this specific manufacturing-focused environment. Tech Stack: Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, or payroll platforms is a strong plus (specifically Dayforce, HireRight, or JobVite). In this role, you will be the driving force behind staffing strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment for both high-volume entry-level positions (e.g., packaging, production, warehousing) and specialized skilled trades (e.g., technical machine operators, maintenance technicians, supervisors, etc).
