Support employee development initiatives, such as training programs, performance evaluations, and career development planning, to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Manage employee relations issues and investigations, addressing concerns promptly and professionally while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Administer HR policies and procedures, including benefits administration and HRIS maintenance, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross functional teams on HR projects and initiatives, such as wellness and organizational development efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in HR generalist roles. Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to HR challenges. Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other relevant software tools. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risks effectively. HR certification (e.g., SHRMCP, PHR) is preferred but not required.
