Manage and maintain the Practice Manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos, emails, and reports. Draft, format, and edit documents, presentations, and other materials as directed. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and mail. Office Operations & Coordination: Assist with the coordination of office activities and events. Help with onboarding new staff members, including preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling training. Maintain office supply inventory, placing orders and managing vendor relationships. Support the Practice Manager in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports on office metrics. Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and runs smoothly. Human Resources & Financial Support (as needed): Assist with the collection and organization of payroll-related documents for submission. Maintain confidential employee files and records.
