We’re seeking a Talent & Development Specialist to lead key learning, performance, and talent initiatives that drive employee growth and engagement. This role blends strategy and execution—managing learning systems, designing training, and partnering with HR and business leaders to strengthen a culture of continuous development. Manage talent management cycles, including performance reviews, goal setting, and succession planning. Oversee the Learning Management System (UKG ProLearning)—creating courses, assigning training, tracking compliance, and generating reports. Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure training meets regulatory standards. Deliver new hire orientation weekly and create engaging firmwide development content. Develop and manage e-learning programs through Coursera, Pluralsight, and other platforms. Track and analyze training metrics to measure engagement and impact. Design and deliver interactive training programs that enhance the employee experience and support business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field. 4+ years’ experience in learning & development or talent management. Hands-on experience with LMS administration (UKG ProLearning preferred). Facilitation, communication, and project management skills. Experience with Coursera, Pluralsight, or similar e-learning tools a plus.
