Manage complex project financials by tracking costs, analyzing variances, and forecasting performance to ensure fiscal responsibility. Drive governance frameworks by facilitating standard program processes and ensuring all stakeholders adhere to established quality standards. Synthesize data into actionable insights using Power BI, MS Project, and Excel to provide leadership with clear visibility into project health. Monitor resource allocation, including personnel, materials, and expenses, to prevent bottlenecks and optimize project flow. Facilitate seamless communication by organizing collaborative document stores, maintaining meticulous project records, and drafting high-level status reports. Collaborate with internal teams and strategic vendor partners to resolve scheduling conflicts and streamline cross-functional workflows.
