Responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings, booking travel/reservations, answering phones, and managing physical/digital document storage. Executive & HR Support: Handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion, manage CEO's personal matters, and assist with HR tasks (onboarding, personnel records, benefits coordination). Financial & Process Support: Prepare payment requests, manage petty cash/office budget, support payroll/insurance processes, and lead K-1 distribution. Drive efficiency by identifying and implementing process/technology improvements. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 7+ years supporting small business executives and 5+ years managing office operations. Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Intuit QuickBooks.
