Our client is seeking an organized, proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced, high-volume hiring team. In this role, you'll coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain accurate data across recruiting systems—ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of HR or recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and are comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets. This hybrid role is OT-eligible and based in NYC. In this role, you'll play a key part in creating a smooth and positive experience for candidates while keeping our hiring process running efficiently.
