Bring your expertise to a company that values initiative, collaboration, and continuous improvement. bilingual (Spanish/English) and HR certifications are a plus!salary: $23 - $28 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Recruitment Onboarding o Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers. o Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP) to maintain candidate pipelines and job requisition workflows. o Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate new hire orientations. Payroll Timekeeping o Assist with processing payroll through ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy in pay, taxes, and deductions. o Time off requesting. o Review and validate weekly employee timesheets; follow up on discrepancies or missed punches. o Support payroll audits and reporting as needed. Employee Records & Compliance o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats. o Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies. o Assist with benefit enrollments and changes, leave tracking, and reporting requirements. o Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts. o Assist with audits, EEO, ACA, and other regulatory reporting as needed.
