Schedule & Perks: • Hybrid schedule: In-office Tues–Thurs; remote Mon & Fri • Free lunch Wednesdays and free parking • 9:30am–5:30pm, with 1-hour lunchsalary: $40 - $50 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: • Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple requisitions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management • Coach and mentor recruiting team members; provide guidance and best practices across functions • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to build proactive talent pipelines and recruitment strategies • Manage candidate experience from start to finish—ensuring timely communication and a positive, high-touch process • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other tools • Maintain ATS accuracy, recruitment reporting, and compliance with AAP/Federal Contractor requirements • Collaborate on initiatives around DEI, employer branding, and talent engagement • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for business services recruitment Qualifications: • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within professional services or a search firm • Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing recruiting team members • strong sourcing background with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search • Excellent relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams • Highly organized with strong communication and presentation skills • Proficiency with ATS and MS Office Suite (experience with Taleo or Workday a plus) • Growth-oriented mindset, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a collaborative, global environmentSkillsDirect SourcingDiversity RecruitingExecutive SearchHigh VolumeSourcingBusiness operationsQualificationsYears of experience: 5 yearsExperience level: ManagerRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
