We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Specialist to join our Private Banking Operations team. This role supports the Private Banking Group by providing operational oversight for US Banks and Broker/Dealer lending products, deposit services, and collateral monitoring. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operational tasks, specifically focusing on the oversight of vendor services and mortgage origination support. This is a high-visibility role that requires a blend of analytical thinking, technical adaptability, and exceptional communication skills. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required (ideally in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or Business). Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat. Must be able to quickly learn and adapt to new internal systems. Communication: Fluent in English with clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Operational Mindset: sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to adhere to strict timelines in a fast-paced environment. Reporting & Analysis: Review monthly operational reports and escalate critical findings to management with recommendations for resolution. Client Service: Manage incoming email inquiries from the field, providing professional and timely support to internal stakeholders. Project Support: Participate in team projects and training sessions, including tracking action items and taking detailed meeting minutes. Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve controls, operational efficiency, and industry-standard initiatives.
