As a Customer Service Agent I, you will act as the primary contact for our customers across multiple communication channels. You are responsible for managing the customer experience from the initial inquiry through the entire product lifecycle—both before and after delivery. We empower our agents to make decisions that delight customers and impact the business, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and ethics in our data systems. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 1-3 years of successful experience in a customer facing role handling phone calls, emails and chats. Preferred experience with Salesforce and Avaya and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment. Excellent attention to detail, productivity and enhancing the customer experience. Excelllent written and verbal communication. Ability to work between the hours of 8am-5pm EST or 8am-5:30pm CST M-F. Technical Assistance: Act as the first line of technical support by troubleshooting installation issues, identifying necessary parts, and processing warranty claims. Logistics & Returns: Assist in resolving freight damage claims and authorize returns (RGA) using approved procedures, including determining restocking fees. Data Integrity: Ensure accurate and ethical entry of information into SAP, Salesforce, and CRM systems.
