This role ensures that all field operations adhere to federal regulations and internal safety policies through rigorous auditing, training, and program administration. Key Responsibilities Program Administration: Author and implement QEHS&S policies; manage safety travel protocols for field personnel and coordinate site-specific safety plans. Compliance & Auditing: Conduct workplace inspections and audits to ensure adherence to OSHA, NFPA, and ANSI standards; develop and track corrective action plans. Training & Development: Design and deliver safety training programs, including new-hire orientations and specialized technical safety education (e.g., PPE usage, hazard recognition). Incident Management: Lead accident investigations, document findings for government agencies, and track safety metrics (injury frequencies) for corporate reporting. Leadership & Collaboration: Facilitate the safety committee, partner with the sourcing department for supplier evaluations, and drive cross-functional safety initiatives. Experience: 2–3 years of professional HSE experience with a strong background in General Industry standards. Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish is required Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and ANSI regulations; proficiency in data analysis and incident investigation.
