Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure a seamless healthcare experience for members. What you bring to the table: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center or scheduling environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams) and experience with healthcare scheduling systems (EPIC preferred). strong communication skills and a typing speed of at least 40 WPM. A dedicated work ethic and a desire for long-term stability within an organization. High School Diploma or equivalent. The Perks: Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour.
