job summary: The Senior Business & Quality Assurance Analyst will work as part of Technologies' Business Analysis & Quality Assurance team (BAQA) supporting Corporate and Investments projects, including but not limited to Finance, HR, Legal, Investments/Real Estate and IT Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Business Analysis, which includes participating in project teams to gather and understand business requirements and work with vendors, developers and end users to capture and create system capabilities that support business needs. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities across both business processes and technology solutions. Excellent written & oral communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are a must. Be naturally flexible, adaptable, proactive, & collaborative with an agile, people-oriented, innovative and customer-centric mindset Testing experience of varying types of IT projects and a strong understanding of systems development life cycle and QA practices are essential to the position along with experience planning test strategies.
