job summary: Summary: IS Cyber Security Technology Data Analyst The primary functions include supporting communication activities for the password expansion migration test and enforcement tranches by engaging with associates and contractors participating in the migration, application teams, service desk partners, project team and password expansion team to research and drive resolution of user password change issues, document and communicate new issues. Additionally, the role is responsible for participating in Office hours to research and remediate participant questions and concerns, review pilot email inbox, and respond to user questions.Activities will include interviewing participants to understand why the associate/contractor are having issues changing their password, what systems or applications are they trying to access, what are steps to recreate the issues, document steps to remediation. The role will include reporting metrics on the migration status (number of users asking questions, number of users reporting issues, number of application constraints reported, migration status, etc.), issue discovery, impacts, issue remediation timelines, migration progression, and enhance the user experience as the migration evolves and grows.
