Job Description: We're hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to keep our warehouse humming. What you'll do: Own the Dock: Be the face of our incoming and outgoing shipments. Spot the Glitch: Identify errors in shipments and hold suppliers accountable. Keep the Books: Maintain the records that make our inventory control look easy. Stay Active: This isn't a "sit-still" job. You'll be bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day. This is a fantastic opportunity for a warehouse professional who thrives on organization and wants to grow within a stable, reputable company.salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Inbound Logistics: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders. Outbound Logistics: Prepare goods for shipment, including picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing orders to meet carrier requirements. Documentation: Maintain accurate digital and physical records; process BOLs (Bills of Lading), manifest logs, and packing lists. Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure real-time inventory accuracy. Coordination: Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams to schedule pickups and resolve shipping discrepancies. Equipment Operation: Safely operate manual and electric pallet jacks (forklift experience is a plus).
