We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented shipping clerk to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. This position is perfect for someone who has hands-on experience in shipping and receiving, and is comfortable operating a forklift in a warehouse setting. As the shipping clerk, you’ll be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, verifying orders, loading and unloading trucks, and helping to keep the shipping area running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in making sure products get out the door on time and in good condition. Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and carrier guidelines. Verify and document outgoing shipments using packing lists and shipping software. Inspect products for quality before shipping. Schedule pickups with carriers and communicate shipping details to internal teams. Review production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product and recommends change or modifications. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
