The Client Service Lead in Logistics is a pivotal role responsible for orchestrating an exceptional customer experience by leading a team of client service representatives and acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts. This individual will ensure seamless communication and operational execution between clients and our logistics operations. Serve as the main point of contact and build relationships with key clients. Oversee daily client service operations, including order management, shipment tracking, and timely issue resolution. Collaborate with internal operations and transportation teams to meet and exceed client expectations. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the client experience. Monitor client service performance metrics and conduct regular business reviews. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain client service. Proven experience in a leadership, supervisory, or mentorship role. Proficiency with logistics software, specifically Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
