job summary: We have a 100% remote, work from home opportunity available for an Adobe Analytics/Application Administrator. The Application Administrator will be an integral part of the installation, configuration and support of the application.The Application Administrator will install, test, implement and optimize the application. Install all prerequisite 3rd party software (Example: OC4J, JDK, Oracle client software, etc) and configure the required software in accordance with the specifications contained in the application install documentation.Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems that arise in the application systems.Perform all the required database and applications administration activities in development, test and production environments. Support GO-LIVE activities. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in the installation, configuration and support of the database in use by the application.Adobe Analytics and Pendo application knowledge.Need some level of tech skills, i.e. BI/tech skills, and/or SQL, some sort of tech background Communication skills; computer programming acumen; and the ability to analyze systems and determine how these systems can meet client needs.Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) preferred in computer science, information technology or a related discipline.
