The Executive Assistant (EA) to the C-Suite is a pivotal role responsible for providing high-level administrative support to members of the executive leadership team as needed. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The EA serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the C-Suite.salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars for the C-Suite, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips and events. Communication and Correspondence: Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Meeting Coordination and Support: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations. Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes and action items. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks. Information Management: Maintain confidential files and records for the C-Suite. Organize and maintain electronic and physical documents, databases, and filing systems. Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between the C-Suite and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, clients, investors, and employees. Build and maintain positive relationships with key contacts and stakeholders. Special Projects and Initiatives: Provide support on special projects, initiatives, and events as assigned by the C-Suite. Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports as needed. Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking. Coordinate office logistics, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.
