We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all inventory, logistics, and compliance for critical parts and materials. This role requires leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining rigorous quality and security standards. Key Responsibilities: As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team of material handlers and be responsible for the high-level management of all stockroom functions, including: Inventory & Compliance Oversight: Manage the receiving and shipping processes, ensuring all parts, hazardous materials, cores, and tooling are correctly processed and logged in the computer system. Quality Assurance: Direct and audit the team to verify that all received and shipped items comply with Federal regulations and company policies, confirming Part Number, Serial Number (when applicable), Quantity, and Shelf Life (when applicable) for all items. Logistics Management: Oversee the proper packaging, labeling, and preparation of documents for all outbound shipments. Coordinate package pick-up with shipping vendors and manage local deliveries/pick-ups upon request. Inventory Control: Direct and ensure the timely performance of inventory cycle counts and Monthly Shelf Life Audits. Team Leadership: Ensure the stockroom is staffed with at least one individual on duty at all times. Supervise the distribution of parts to technicians, manage off-peak receiving/shipping functions, and lead all picking, pulling, and put-away tasks. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a logistics, warehousing, or stockroom environment. Knowledge of inventory management, receiving, and shipping processes. Expertise in preparing required records and reports. Ability to manage and enforce segregation protocols for Parts, Consumable materials, and Core Returns. Experience with computer systems for inventory logging and shipment tracking. Ability to perform general upkeep and organization of the facility, including building or relocating shelving. Must be able to manage staff schedules to ensure continuous coverage.
