You will be the technical lead on a floor utilizing presses up to 2000T, specializing in complex two-shot and gas-assist molding. Automation & Robotics: Program and adjust End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT) and robotic extraction sequences to maintain flow. Material Mastery: Manage specialized resins (ABS, PC, Polypro) and ensure proper moisture control and drying parameters. Continuous Improvement: Work alongside the Engineering team to refine cycle times and reduce scrap rates across 90T–2000T presses. What You Bring to the Table Experience: 3+ years of hands-on Process Tech experience in a high-volume molding environment (Automotive or Appliance Tier 1/2 experience is a major plus). Technical IQ: Proficiency with RJG/eDART systems and a deep understanding of "The Big Four" variables (Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Cooling). Mechanical Skill: Expert-level mold setting, overhead crane operation, and the ability to read complex blueprints/CAD data.
